MASONS has standard procedures for assessment and estimate processes. Our Marketing Consultant Specialist, Daniel Lopez lends his extensive experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Civil Engineering Technician to help move your project along smoothly.
Daniel will begin by consulting with customers on what their needs and wants are and then proceed with an on-site visit to assess spacial areas and establish a course of action.
Daniel will also discuss and explain different solutions that can be utilized according to your building layout, construction, and spacial design. Once the arrival of the best suited solutions for customer needs is met, Daniel will suggest and discuss different system types, equipment, and specific product brands to serve you.
When specific guidelines for project needs have been established, Daniel will then consult with Adrian Benites -Owner/Operator of Masons, for additional input to determine the course of action and overall project scope. Adrian will then schedule a client meeting to finalize all project needs.
Once the course of action is agreed upon, a detailed Cost Estimate and Service Contract will be completed covering all aspects of the project scope. At that point, we ask for your review and acceptance to begin work and establish a project startup date and an estimated time for completion.
We work closely with our customers and give them status updates throughout all phases of the project. Completed projects then receive a complete walk through follow-up with the customer to make sure all aspects of the project have been met. At that time, we inform, guide, or answer any questions about the completed project or any equipment.
